Don't miss this opportunity to take the Papier Maché Sculpture class that begins this Saturday, April 29 at Spiva and continues May 6 and 13. What a wonderful way for sculpture enthusiasts ages 10 to adult to spend three Saturday afternoons, from 1 to 4pm!
Papier maché is an ancient art form using recycled materials, offering low tech creativity and high possibility FUN. Those of you acquainted with Wendy Milliman know that she's a great teacher who will encourage those ideas lurking in your imagination. The cost is only $60 and includes materials; and if you're a Spiva member, you get a 10% discount.
Advance registration and payment are required before the first class session. Enrollment can be completed by phone, mail, or walk-in during regular business hours. Payment can be made using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa only), cash, check, or money order.

Spiva Center for the Arts is located at 3rd and Wall in downtown Joplin. Spiva galleries and gift shop are open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays, 1 to 5 p.m. Admission is by voluntary contribution.
