Business owners, retailers, interior designers, architects, financial and personal service providers, home builders, realtors, and art lovers, too, are invited to The Gift of Art at Spiva Center for the Arts Tuesday, December 4, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to meet the artists featured in Spiva’s 60th Annual Membership Show.

The afternoon networking event will introduce guests to Spiva member-artists whose artworks are on display. It’s a chance to discover the talented artists and craftspeople who live and create right here in the Joplin area. The artists will have additional original artworks and items to display, available for immediate purchase.

The Gift of Art will be hosted by Shirlock’s Inside Out and Spiva Center for the Arts. The 60th Annual Membership Show is sponsored by The Empire District Electric Company.

The Center, which is funded through memberships, contributions and grants, is open to the public. Admission to the galleries is by voluntary contribution, with $1 suggested for children; $2 for adults.
