MIAMI, Okla. — The Midwest Regional Ballet is inviting audiences to follow the yellow brick road to its production of “The Wizard of Oz.”
The show will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Coleman Theatre, 103 N. Main St.
Kaye Lewis, artistic director of the ballet, has incorporated music from “The Wizard of Oz,” “The Wiz” and “Wicked” and mixed it with dance forms that vary from modern, ballet and jazz to swing and disco.

Students from Karen’s Dance Studio will present “Girls, Girls, Girls and One Awesome Boy” at 2 p.m. Sunday in Taylor Performing Arts Center at Missouri Southern State University.
The 36th annual spring recital will feature “Magnificent,” a special presentation by Anthony and Dana Dominic and the Pax Fiat Missionaries in Dance.
