The
mission of George A. Spiva Center for the Arts
is to provide creative and educational visual arts experiences
for the four-state community and encourage all age groups
to explore, enjoy and participate in the arts. By presenting
a broad spectrum of educational art programs and exhibitions,
the Center endeavors to inform and inspire its diverse public
audience to expand its cultural experience. Spiva maintains
and provides an accessible and dynamic environment as both
a forum for and a commitment to local artists, while also
embracing the work of national and international artists.
