Facility Rental Fee Schedule

AT&T Main Gallery Reception Area
$ 150 Rental Fee
$ 200 Cleaning Deposit*
$ 20 Per hour for after-hours Spiva security personnel and/or Spiva representative
$35 Minimum membership fee (if not already a member)


Upstairs Gallery & Hallway
$150 Per Month


Rachel Salzer Library/Meeting Room
$ 50 Per Day or $35 per half-day
$ 50 Cleaning Deposit*
$ 20 Per hour for after-hours Spiva security personnel and/or Spiva representative
$ 35 Minimum membership fee (if not already a member)

Rachel Salzer Library/Meeting Room is available at no charge to not-for-profit organizations during regular business hours. Fees are applicable after normal business hours.

Studios/Classrooms
$ 25 plus 25% of tuition per one time class/program
$ 20 plus 25% of tuition per-week
(minimum usage - two weeks, max. usage - two times per week)
$ 50 Cleaning Deposit *
$ 20 per hour for after-hours Spiva security personnel and/or Spiva representative
$ 35 Minimum membership fee (if not already a member)

Classrooms are available for rent with prior approval of Spiva Board of Directors.
Instructor must submit an outline of program/class; time program/classes are to occur,
length of class/program, number of participants, and program fee structure for review by
the Spiva Board. The quality and content of classes held at the Center reflect on Spiva, therefore quality classes and appropriate content are required. Spiva may cancel any program/class should any violations of rental agreement occur. For ongoing classes
Spiva will review program quarterly to determine whether class may continue.

Spiva’s kitchen may be used during rental time, but must be left in clean condition,
with trash removed to the dumpster on south side of building.

Rental fee and deposit are due upon reserving space. Refund of deposit will be
determined by Spiva following event and an inspection of the condition of space
and carpet. Security personnel fees shall be paid directly to Spiva following the event.
